Social Dashboard – A startup social networking platform that Combines Facebook. Linked In, Ebay, Amazon, YouTube, Webinars, Documents, News. Received over 1,500 articles and blogs written about the platform before beta version released.

New Home: Green Materials and Learning Center – A startup concept. Considered the Whole Foods of the building industry. Before it ever opened it doors there were over 5,000 articles written about the company. It generated so much press it received over 250,000 hits per month to the website due to free press generated by Rifkin’s corporate marketing strategy. Presently trying to raise $10M round of financing.

The BiOil Corporation – A startup biodiesel company. I learned the industry, formed relationships with some of the largest suppliers in the industry, identified market weakness and authoread 49 page business plan to raise $99M USD. I developed the brand and it was well known throughout industry as a leading startup within just 4 months. It received so much respect due to my corporate branding that the President of this startup company was asked to speak at conferences and became an advisor to several state DOTs.

Broward Funding Corp – Hired in 2000 to salvage this 30 year old company, which had fallen to just 2 employees and 3-4 closings per month. Within 3 months I identified new markets, started new investor relationships, and formed strategic relationships with 19 top home improvement companies. At the end of three months the company was generating over 100 loan applications per month and grew to over 300 applications per month within 6 months.

1st Nations Mortgage Corporation – In 2000 I was hired to turn this company into something great. It only had 4 employees and tables for desks, and a strong name. I trained the President and employees, wrote the business plan, and authored radical new sales promotion and marketing strategies which resulted in them having 120 branch/net-branch locations within 3 years.

The Loan Calculator TM – I designed the software for Sandy Key Mortgage in 1996, and began reselling the software to other online lenders. By 1999, The Loan Calculator became the most widely used amortization calculator in cyberspace.

International Beer and Pizza Company – Startup in 1999, I helped identify the market, developed the menu, built the prototype location (sat 235 people), and designed the interior. Within the first month of opening it was generating over $20k per week in gross revenue.

Sandy Key Mortgage – startup in 1996. Recognized as one of the first big mortgage companies on the internet. In 1997 it became the official lender of Alta Vista, Northern Light and Alexander Finance. Generated over $360M in new loan originations in a single month.

The Classifieds – I started this company in my freshman year at Rollins College. It featured classified ads, display ads, movie listings, and personal ads. Within 2 months we were distributing 40,000 copies per week.
