About Rich Rifkin

Rich Rifkin has been in the mortgage business since 1990.  Both his mother and father owned Real Estate and mortgage companies, so he literally grew up in the business.

Recognized as one of the pioneers of online mortgage lending, he Founded Sandy Key Mortgage,  Official Lender for the Alta Vista Search Engine, Northern Light and Alexander Finance originating as much as $360 million per month.

In the early 90's before assuming control of Sandy Key Mortgage, he was ranked among the top loan officers in the United States, closing 996 loans in 1993 - that's more than 4 closings per working day on average.

In 2000, Rich assumed the role of Interim CEO for 1st Nations Mortgage Corporation, which grew from less than $1 mil/month to over $50 mil/month.

Rich's success has been built on the foundation of integrity.  His knowledge of mortgage banking and brokering is unique and few in the industry have achieved such merits.
