it owns or has an interest in. We only invest in our own
projects and use licensed contractors and subcontractors.
In the event you would approach us to build or design a home,
we will refer you to one of our licensed contractors or
strategic partnerships.

We are your
design team or can use plans you provide. We will Design your
home with you in accord with the Design Review approval
process. Working Plans can be produced from
scratch in as soon as a week!
Don't have room or the budget for an
addition? We can not only refurbish your home with
modern amenities but also re-engineer walls, closet
space, garages, lofts, basements, etc., to maximize the
potential of your home. |

This usually comes with a major
remodel and we understand there's a lot of uncertainty.
We simplify and streamline the process for you beginning
with the first consultation, where the design process
originates.
We walk the plans through Design
Review and provide financing options based on our
estimated costs (to be ratified by contract). Upon
approval (Design, Building Department and/or financing),
we arrange the "move-out" and "move-back" dates.
And you don't have to worry about the
costs going up during construction because we offer
FIXED PRICE CONTRACTS!
